Software Design Architect James Fleming Joins CJ2 Consulting

Mr. Fleming’s successful track record includes more than ten years providing client/server, web development and project management expertise to industry.  His is expert at a variety of programming languages, operating systems, databases, development environments and software tools.  Much of his work involves assessments of current code, re-engineering and re-design work. 

As a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Fleming will support CJ2 clients to implement current technologies, develop .NET technology roadmaps.  He will also function as a design architect, software developer, and application development manager.    

Mr. Fleming holds both a M.S. and B.S. in Information Systems from UMBC (University of Maryland, Baltimore County).
