Richard Clement is the newest addition to CJ2 Consulting.  Mr. Clement brings a track record of successful project delivery and ongoing operational expertise in Federal Government and Commercial Subcontract Management, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Material, Supplier Relationship Management and New Business Acquisition.

Mr. Clement’s experience in Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR), government property, procurement of manufactured products, as well as information technology hardware, software and services add significantly to the CJ2 portfolio of consulting services.  His professional background includes subcontract and procurement leadership roles at Lockheed Martin, Stern Chemech, and Sears.  Additionally, Mr. Clement holds an MBA from Loyola University (New Orleans) and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Orleans.
