Goddin, Rennings, and Hendrickson Join CJ2

With a combined total of more than sixty years experience delivering IT solutions, Melinda Goddin, Stephen Rennings, and William Hendrickson are the newest additions to CJ2’s team of advisors and consultants.

Ms. Goddin has managed all aspects of IT help desk operations. She has delivered performance-based service desk support and change management solutions. Her significant experience in global help desk consolidation, ISO process implementation, and focus on cost savings and operational efficiency make Ms. Goddin an exceptional resource. She includes the Help Desk Institute and the National Association for Female Executives among her professional associations. Her expertise was developed at leading enterprises such as Lockheed Martin, L-3 Communications, and Gateway.
Mr. Rennings brings significant experience in the design, management, planning, and development of software applications and information systems supporting high performance, technically demanding environments. He has directed large-scale development projects in both the commercial and federal marketplaces. He continues to enjoy “hands on” design, recently developing a web based application implementable in both Microsoft and Linux. CSX Transportation, Robbins-Gioia, Inc. and Lockheed Martin have been among the previous beneficiaries of Mr. Rennings’ leadership.
Mr. Hendrickson has held data center operational responsibility for clients such as Simon and Schuster, New York City Transit, and Cummins Engine, Inc. He has also managed service delivery centers for AT&T. His background in meeting service levels, improving operational efficiencies, and reducing IT costs make him a much sought after leader. The addition of Mr. Hendrickson broadens CJ2’s mainframe consulting capabilities in the area of client satisfaction, process improvement, and quality assurance .
