With a long and successful track record in project management, Garrison Millman is the most recent addition to the CJ2 consulting team.  Mr. Millman brings more than thirty years of experience managing projects in the manufacturing, financial, utility, and government sectors.

Rowe Price, Sears, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield; and for state government agencies in Maryland, Delaware, and Texas.
