Craig T. Halsey

Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Craig Halsey’s twenty-five plus year career in the information technology (IT) services industry has been marked by consistent success.  His initial assignments, with what is now Lockheed Martin, included progressively more responsible roles in pricing, business management, strategic planning, finance, and business development. He was instrumental in Lockheed Martin’s successful pursuit of what was then the largest federal outsourcing engagement, a full-service IT service delivery contract for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Craig led the business management organization for the HUD program for 3 years after award and subsequently led the business management function of what became Lockheed Martin’s commercial IT outsourcing arm.

Leveraging his significant business experience, Craig moved into business development and sales for Lockheed’s Commercial Enterprise Solutions and quickly established himself as an industry leader.  Craig developed relationships with leading IT industry advisors and successfully closed more than $1.5B in IT outsourcing engagements with clients including: Gateway, Cummins Engine, Policy Management Systems Corporation (PMSC) and Goodyear Tire and Rubber.

In 2001, Craig assumed overall responsibility for the Commercial Enterprise Solutions sales and marketing organizations where he provided strategic leadership, continuing to grow the business profitably and enhancing the organization’s delivery partner, industry analyst and client relationships.

He joined Hewlett-Packard as a worldwide director of managed services in 2003.  During his HP tenure, he was responsible for leading their strategic sourcing service practice in the Federal sector and helped close more than $400M in new business, including a ground-breaking award with the Defense Logistics Agency.
