CJ2 at Partners in Technology Golf Tournament

(Columbia, MD) / September 26, 2008

Played at the beautiful Golf Club at South River just outside of Annapolis, Maryland, CJ2 Consulting, Inc. participated as a hole sponsor in the “Partners in Technology” golf tournament on Thursday, September 25, 2008.

Accompanied by their guests and other technology firms from the greater Baltimore / Washington, D.C. area, CJ2 was delighted to be invited by the lead sponsor, Gantech, to serve as a partner in this year’s tournament.  Despite the windy and somewhat rainy conditions, spirits were not dampened at the event.  A record number of participants played and great scores were posted.

Led by one of CJ2’s senior advisors, Rick Harvey, and CJ2 guest Michael Scholtes of Lockheed Martin, one of the CJ2 foursomes finished fourth overall, just one shot off the third place position.  Harvey and Scholtes repeatedly sank birdie after birdie on the 18-hole shot makers’ challenges at the South River course.  The CJ2 foursome led by Harvey and Scholtes was a mere three shots off of the best score posted, further demonstrating the competitiveness of the tournament.

Joining CJ2 as hole sponsors in the Gantech “Partners in Technology” tournament were other industry leaders including Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Northrup Grumman IT, ACS, and Dell.
