Mr. Lantz is an Organization and Employee Development professional with over thirty years experience assisting employers, teams, and individuals in the United States, Canada, and Mexico improve their effectiveness. His specialties include: team assessment, team building, employee training, career planning, executive coaching, meeting facilitation, employee and organizational performance improvement. He has designed, developed, implemented, and managed complex transition and transformation initiatives in both the commercial and government sectors. Ron has held management and executive positions in organizations including Lockheed Martin, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Sweetheart Cup, and Pfaltzgraff Company. Currently an Adjunct professor in Towson University’s College of Business and Economics in Towson, MD, Ron has also taught at Penn State and Johns Hopkins Universities.
Mr. Slininger has recently concluded a highly productive thirty year career with Hewlett Packard, a career distinguished by achievement first at Digital Equipment, then Compaq, prior to the HP merger in 2002. Most recently, he supported HP’s efforts to expand into the growing Information Technology services market. As a senior solution architect he was responsible for assembling and integrating information services solution design teams. He managed all aspects of the solution development ensuring the client’s technical requirements and proposal evaluation criteria were satisfied. Steve has a current PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is certified as a help desk manager by the Help Desk Institute (HDI). He has been responsible for the development and delivery of both domestic (US) and global solution delivery architecture.
