CJ2 Welcomes Pam Morris, Enterprise Solution Center Expert

CJ2 Consulting is pleased to welcome Pam Morris to its growing consultancy.  Ms. Morris joins the CJ2 team as a recognized industry expert in the fields of solution center, customer service, and enterprise help desk.

With more than twenty-five years in industry, Ms. Morris builds designs and leads cross-functional services for clients in multiple industries.  Her experience includes having managed the Lockheed Martin organization responsible for all internal and external customer service.  Additionally, Ms. Morris has built customer service organizations from the ground up.  Her well-rounded background in all aspects of enterprise service and solution management makes her a great addition to CJ2.
