CJ2 Continues Sponsorship of Team in MS Walk

CJ2 Consulting sponsored “Karen’s Team” for the third consecutive year in the fight against Multiple Sclerosis (MS). As a sponsor, CJ2 joined with others who participated in the Annual MS Walk on April 11th and made a charitable donation to the cause.
“Karen’s Team” has raised almost $70,000 in the eight years they have participated in the event. With contributions still coming in, this year’s effort by the team and its sponsors totals nearly $10,000. Joe Freburger, CJ2 founding partner and captain of “Karen’s Team”, led about 75 participants on the walk. “It is very gratifying to participate in the effort to create a world free of MS,” stated Joe. “Even more satisfying is to participate with so many good friends. I cannot adequately express my appreciation and thanks to the sponsors and walkers.”
Following the walk, the team gathered for a catered lunch at Whitehurst Marina in Severna Park. Weather for this year’s walk was perfect, enabling everyone to keep a steady pace and then enjoy a beautiful view of the Magothy River from the deck of the marina during lunch.
