Joe Freburger, a Partner at CJ2 Consulting, announced yesterday that Milt Sapp and Elizabeth (Betty) Jackson have joined the consulting team at CJ2. Mr. Sapp brings more than twenty years of experience in IT operations, support, and management. His background includes customer facing roles providing service level delivery to clients such as Engelhard/BASF, Scotts, and General Motors Service Parts Organization. He has a proven and demonstrated ability to motivate teams in achieving goals and maintains a tremendous working knowledge in all areas of IT infrastructure operations.
Ms. Jackson also brings more than twenty years of experience to CJ2 and its clients. Her areas of expertise include documentation and technical writing. With great versatility in her ability to meet client needs in these areas, Ms. Jackson has designed, written, and edited software job aids, technical reports, proposals, software user documentation, and training materials. She holds a M.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
